Job summary

Cybermedia Technologies is seeking an experienced Technical Writer II to develop, edit, and quality-control executive, technical, and advisory-committee documents for CISA. The writer must turn complex cyber, critical-infrastructure, and policy discussions into clear, publication-ready deliverables.

Onsite in Arlington, VA, with active Top Secret clearance and ability to obtain SCI. The role requires 5+ years of federal/technical writing, 508-compliant document creation, and close coordination

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical writing, editing, and publication of complex federal or technical content.
• Experience creating 508-compliant documents.
• Excellent grammar, organization, and quality-control skills.
• Ability to capture technical or policy discussions and improve readability.
• Active Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain and maintain SCI; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Write and edit executive summaries, meeting records, reports, and white papers.
• Attend classified and unclassified meetings, take thorough notes, and prepare notes for the record.
• Edit materials for clarity, structure, accuracy, and DHS/CISA style alignment.
• Use Word, Acrobat, Drupal to create templates and deliverables.
• Create 508-compliant documents and accessible graphics, tables, and materials.
• Manage document packages through drafting, review, and publication.
• Coordinate with SMEs, analysts, and government reviewers under tight deadlines.
