The role requires researching, drafting, and refining content, policies, and procedures, and collaborating with executives and IT teams to improve content quality and impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, CS, ECE or related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of experience.
• Experience editing narrative and graphic products to identify and correct errors and inconsistencies.
• Ability to plan, analyze and evaluate program effectiveness.
• Proficient with MS Office and editing tools.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research, analyze data, identify trends, and prepare reports.
• Determine program requirements and make recommendations.
• Analyze programs, policies, procedures, and systems and optimize them.
• Draft new or revised policies and procedures.
• Assist program managers with budgets, schedules, and metrics.
• Identify and resolve issues and problems.
• Plan, analyze, and evaluate operational effectiveness.
• Prepare and present reports and recommendations.
• Collaborate with executive teams and IT to improve and test content.
• Repurpose content for diverse audiences and conduct quality control.
