Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in technical writing, content strategy, or information architecture.
• Experience leading complex documentation initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience shaping standards and processes to improve content quality and AI-assisted experiences.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive improvements across teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate, complete documentation for enterprise hardware and software solutions.
• Partner with engineering, product management, support, and UX to reflect product capabilities and customer needs.
• Refine content standards and AI-enabled workflows for creation, review, and delivery.
• Lead documentation initiatives from planning through delivery and mentor writers.
• Continuously learn to keep technical information accurate and useful.
