Planned Systems International, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Writer/Editor with strong strategic communications skills to support a VA/DoD IT program.

You will research, draft, edit, and publish content, align materials with program goals, and collaborate with executives and IT teams to improve content workflows. The role requires advanced writing/editing abilities, experience simplifying complex ideas for varied audiences, and ensuring consistency across narratives and graphics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level education in a technical or business discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of technical writing/editing experience.
• Ability to edit narrative and graphics for grammar, formatting, and logical consistency.
• Ability to evaluate program effectiveness using data and qualitative analysis.
• Proficiency with Word processing, spreadsheets, graphics, and scheduling tools.

Responsabilités

• Conduct research, analyze data, identify trends, and prepare reports.
• Draft and revise policies and procedures; support budgets and schedules.
• Ensure content quality; edit narrative and graphic products for clarity.
• Collaborate with executives and IT teams to improve content processes.
• Repurpose content for diverse audiences and establish knowledge-sharing workflows.
