Job summary

Ultra Clean Technology in Austin, TX seeks a Manager, L&OD to lead technical training, onboarding, and certification. The role partners with regional leaders to design, implement, and scale training programs for manufacturing and service sites across North America.

Responsibilities include developing curricula, leveraging LMS/MES systems, and aligning with corporate learning roadmaps while driving engagement and continuous improvement. Travel to other UCT sites is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Organization Development, Workforce Education and Development, or related field (or equivalent).
• Extensive experience designing and developing technical manufacturing training programs.
• 5+ years of training experience.
• 5+ years of managing people and leading small teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and facilitate technical training programs for the Austin manufacturing facility and North America services sites; onboarding, on-the-job training, and career paths.
• Collaborate with Site and HR leaders to ensure consistency of training across regions; identify enterprise-wide programs and ensure ISO and EHS compliance.
• Review and enhance existing training programs to improve quality, engagement, learning, and retention.
• Align learning efforts with corporate learning roadmap and foster UCT culture and employee engagement.
• Maintain knowledge of new training methods and applicable requirements.
• Utilize learning systems technology as required: LMS, MES, Talent Development applications.
