Job summary

ZT Systems is seeking a Manufacturing Training Program Manager in Georgetown, TX to oversee daily training operations, plan certification sessions, and drive continuous improvement across cross-functional teams. The role emphasizes onboarding, hands-on and classroom training, and post-training follow-ups to meet training expectations.

Candidate should have 2+ years in training, strong communication, and the ability to lead program improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• 2+ years of related training experience.
• Outstanding interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize workload and multi-task.
• Ability to lead, guide, and improve training programs.
• Experience working in manufacturing/warehousing is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Training: ensure training and certification standards are uniformly applied.
• Complete new-hire onboarding training and hands-on/classroom training.
• Complete post-training follow-ups and retraining/recertification training.
• Daily Task Planning: coordinate certification and recertification sessions; assign task owners.
• Leading People: observe on-the-job training and provide feedback; set targets.
• Reports: create certification summary reports for manufacturing leadership.
• Continuous Improvement: collect feedback to improve programs, processes, and quality.
