You will develop and deliver role-based technical training, create quick-reference resources, and drive adoption of standardized ITSM workflows and tools across field teams. Qualifications

• Master's degree with 7+ years of training development and delivery or equivalent experience.
• Experience delivering technical training for IT support personnel or field technicians.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Responsabilités

• Develop and deliver role-based technical training and quick-reference resources.
• Assess training needs and implement learning strategies to improve adoption of processes and tools.
• Create a Field Technology Training Curriculum covering ITSM workflows and troubleshooting.
• Develop job aids, guides, videos, and micro-learning content for on-the-job performance.
• Conduct needs assessments using surveys, interviews, and performance data.
• Collaborate with field technicians and stakeholders to align training with operational needs.
• Design scenario-based troubleshooting training to strengthen critical thinking.
• Deliver training on ITSM platforms, workflows, ticket management, and remote tools.
• Establish training metrics to measure learning effectiveness and impact.
• Contribute training metrics and recommendations to Monthly Field Operations Improvement Summary.
• Develop knowledge-transfer strategies and train-the-trainer programs.
