Aufgaben

• Develop proficiency with functional use of various applications and user-facing tools.
• Craft a complete training program using classroom, virtual, and reference materials.
• Deliver the training program to users.
• Organize ongoing outreach to users about learning opportunities.
• Explore new technology/techniques to enhance training offerings.
• Collaborate in requirements gathering, design sessions, and resolve production issues.
