Job summary

You will guide troubleshooting, uphold security practices, and manage hands‑on instruction, documentation, and ongoing engagement across a multi-location enterprise. The role requires active TS/SCI with Poly, IAT Level II and Security+ certifications, an AA degree or equivalent experience, and strong communication skills to maintain training

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Poly required.
• IAT Level II Certification and Security+ required.
• AA degree or 3–5 years related experience in lieu of degree.
• Excellent communication across a multi-location enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Train technicians to resolve IT mission application issues using systems analysis techniques and procedures.
• Verify technicians can analyze, troubleshoot and resolve issues with IT infrastructure including user systems, servers, storage, and network connectivity.
• Maintain certifications and training documentation for assigned mission support.
• Support after action activities by collecting data describing the environment at the time of failure and prioritizing incidents.
• Interface with government and partner country senior leadership, system operators and engineers at site and across the enterprise.
