Delmarva Power & Light Co. seeks a Senior Training Specialist to design and deliver technical training that supports safe operations and aligns with Delivery procedures.

The role partners with Engineering and Methods to develop standards, procedures and processes for the business. Responsibilities include leading large-scale training projects, coaching junior staff, evaluating training effectiveness, and leveraging the Learning Management System to document activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Business or related AND 4-7 years related business experience.
• In lieu of Bachelor's degree, a minimum of 6-9 years relevant business experience is required.
• Demonstrated written, verbal communications and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical training content for new hires and incumbents.
• Design, develop and maintain complex training materials.
• Collaborate with committees to determine training requirements.
