Job summary

Exelon is hiring a Senior Training Specialist to develop and deliver training that integrates business processes with needed skills for safe, effective job performance. The role partners with Engineering and Methods to create standards and procedures, and may require extended hours during storms or emergencies.

The position emphasizes collaboration with curriculum committees, evaluation of training impact, and leadership in large projects. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; 4–7 years of related business experience.
• Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Strong observation, evaluation, coaching and feedback abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical training content for new hire and incumbent employees.
• Design, develop and maintain complex training materials using systematic approach.
• Collaborate with committees to determine technical requirements and training priorities.
• Develop innovative performance improvement solutions with Line and Training contacts.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and modify programs for efficiency using the LMS.
• Manage large-scale training projects.
