Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from an accredited university or college.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with drives/automation software or field service engineer.
• Ability and willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop training materials with objectives, outlines, lesson plans, and manuals.
• Deliver engaging training sessions to internal engineers, field service engineers, and external customers.
• Develop hands-on training exercises using real equipment and simulations.
• Review and update training materials based on feedback and field experience.
• Coordinate training logistics for on-site and remote sessions.
• Provide occasional technical support to customers on GE Power Conversion products.
