Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a Global Process Engineering Authority to lead global standards for the Generator Value Stream, improving reliability, availability, and performance of manufacturing equipment and maintenance processes.

You will analyze data, drive standardization, coach cross-functional teams, and implement proactive measures while advancing cost reduction and process qualification across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with extensive manufacturing/quality experience
• 10+ years industrial experience if Bachelor’s Degree required
• 15+ years industrial experience if only High School Diploma/GED
• 5 years of generator manufacturing experience
• Ability to travel ~25% globally
• Experience interpreting blueprints and schematics
• Strong project management skills

Responsibilities

• Define global processes for manufacturing assets and calibration programs.
• Validate design specs and shop floor applications of new processes.
• Develop reliability strategies using FMEA and RCA.
• Collaborate across maintenance, operations, engineering, and safety teams.
• Establish KPIs for equipment reliability and monitor progress.
• Lead continuous improvement to reduce downtime and improve quality.
