Job summary

You will develop training content, act as a product technical expert for customers and staff, and advise on diagnostics and repairs. This role requires extensive hands-on MEWP experience and a willingness to travel up to 10% within the USA.

Qualifications

• Nine (9) years of experience in position offered or related technical position involving AWP/MEWP products.
• Must have nine (9) years of experience with: Hydraulic & electric systems used in AWPs/MEWPs; MEWP & Telehandlers maintenance and repair.
• Technical trainer programs for equipment operators/technicians.
• MEWP Product specialist.
• Aftersales/Service management & procurement in heavy equipment.
• 10% travel within Domestic (USA).
• Perform technical training on Haulotte products (Hydraulic, Electric and Advanced diagnostics). Create technical training contents and documentation.
