Job summary

Haulotte US Inc. is seeking a Light Aerial Call Center Technician to diagnose equipment issues and provide remote and on-site support to customers, dealers and service providers.

You will troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, mechanical and electronic systems and guide customers through effective solutions. The role requires a technical degree or certification, 3+ years in heavy equipment support, and experience with ERP/CRM platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer support, technical support, or call center environment.
• Technical degree or certification in equipment maintenance, heavy equipment, diesel technology, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, mechanical, and electronic systems.

Responsibilities

• Respond to a high volume of customer calls professionally and timely.
• Identify concerns, gather information, troubleshoot, and propose solutions.
• Diagnose machine problems through discussions with customers, dealers and service providers.
• Provide remote technical guidance to resolve equipment issues.
• Coordinate follow-up activities and escalate when needed.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, mechanical and electronic systems on light aerial equipment.
• Program and configure ECUs and control boxes.
• Assist customers with spare parts identification, pricing, availability, and ordering.
• Provide delivery schedules and status updates for parts and service requests.
• Assist with warranty claims, documentation and resolution processes.
• Build strong customer relationships through exceptional service and proactive communication.
• Generate and analyze reports in ERP and CRM systems (RMAs, warranties, parts shipments).
• Document all interactions and resolutions in company systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Participate in ongoing technical training to stay current.
