Job summary

Vertiv seeks a Technical Trainer – Equipment Trainer to deliver hands-on training across our manufacturing operations. You will train on forklift, crane, MEWP, fall protection, and related equipment, ensuring OSHA and internal standards are met and employees are prepared for production goals.

You will develop materials, assess competency, maintain records in the LMS, and collaborate with EHS and operations to close skill gaps while promoting safety and continuous improvement across the site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of training experience in forklift, crane, MEWP, and fall protection.
• 3+ years of experience preferred in the above training disciplines.
• Experience delivering technical, safety, or skills-based training in manufacturing, industrial, construction, or warehouse environments.
• Proficiency with LMS for training administration, reporting, and recordkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate hands-on technical training sessions in equipment operation, safety, quality, and standard work procedures.
• Deliver and certify training programs related to forklifts, cranes, MEWPs, fall protection, and other safety-related equipment.
• Ensure training content meets OSHA, company, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate training records, certifications, and qualification documentation.
• Utilize LMS to track training completion, compliance, and employee development.
