Job summary

Watts Water Technologies in North Andover, MA seeks a technically skilled Training professional to design, develop and deliver product and applications training. The role blends hands-on instruction with instructional design and reports to the Director of Training.

You will mentor other instructors, maintain training facilities, and collaborate with product engineering, sales and marketing to keep content accurate and impactful.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or 10+ years related experience.
• At least 6 years as technical instructor or instructional designer.
• Strong knowledge of potable water, HVAC, and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on and virtual instructor-led training on Watts product lines.
• Design and develop curricula for instructor-led, Lunch & Learns, and e-learning.
• Identify training gaps with stakeholders and deliver solutions to improve knowledge.
• Mentor instructors and instructional designers to maintain training quality.
• Maintain training facilities and equipment to Watts standards.
