Job summary

Watts Water Technologies is seeking an enthusiastic intern for its Talent Management & Learning team in North Andover, MA. You will assist with administering talent programs, help create engaging learning materials, and analyze data to drive improvements.

The role offers hands-on exposure to training initiatives, LMS content maintenance, and collaboration on leadership development and engagement projects with manufacturing and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Current student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to help manage projects, coordinate logistics, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of HRIS or LMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordination, and execution of employee training programs and other learning initiatives.
• Help create and update training materials and content for employees.
• Assist in uploading, organizing, and maintaining training content within the LMS.
• Help track key metrics, analyze data, and create reports on progress.
• Contribute to strategic projects including leadership development and talent management initiatives.
• Stay informed on industry trends in talent development and suggest innovative ideas.
