Job summary

Qualifications

• Current student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to help manage projects, coordinate logistics, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordination, and execution of employee training programs and workshops.
• Help create and update training materials and content for employees.
• Assist in uploading, organizing, and maintaining training content in the LMS.
• Help track metrics, analyze data, and create progress reports.
• Contribute to strategic projects including leadership development and talent management.
