Job summary

Eversource Energy is seeking a seasoned training professional to develop and conduct technical training programs for field personnel. The role includes classroom and hands-on instruction, plus ongoing QA audits and certification of field employees.

You will supervise trainees, analyze performance, and revise standards to maintain high safety and workmanship. Some travel to MA/CT/NH is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of eight (8) years of direct craft experience in Transmission, Distribution and/or Field Service design and/or installation, servicing customers and supervising employees.
• Training or instructional experience preferred.
• Driver’s License, D.O.T. preferred

Responsibilities

• Develops and conducts technical training programs for Field Training.
• Supervises, directs and instructs trainees during classroom and on-the-job training.
• Evaluates trainee performance and ensures safety and quality workmanship.
• Travel to MA/CT/NH as necessary for training activities.
