Job summary

Responsibilities include developing content, conducting audits, evaluating trainee performance, and coordinating with field supervisors to meet standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of eight (8) years of direct craft experience in Transmission, Distribution and/or Field Service design and/or installation, servicing customers and supervising employees.
• Licenses & Certifications: Driver’s License; D.O.T. preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and conduct technical training programs for field personnel.
• Effectively implement training programs and field quality audit programs.
• Supervise, direct and instruct trainees during classroom, hands-on and on-the-job training.
• Evaluate performance to ensure trainees are trained to perform duties safely and effectively.
• Lead efforts to achieve top quartile safety and workmanship standards, promoting teamwork.
