Job summary

The Senior Technical Trainer at Reltio delivers instructor-led and blended learning to customers, implementation partners, and internal teams across classroom, virtual, and online modalities.

This role owns the full training lifecycle; from designing and developing engaging course content to facilitating live sessions, managing the classroom experience, and continuously improving programs based on CSAT, NPS, and other performance data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of instructor-led training experience.
• Experience designing and developing instructor-led courses with technical content.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led and blended learning to customer teams, partners, and end users.
• Own the classroom experience and manage delivery to align with published agendas.
• Develop, publish, and maintain engaging course content for ILT, online, and virtual modalities.
