Job summary

Reltio, a SAP Company, is seeking a Senior Technical Trainer to deliver high‑quality instructor‑led and blended training across customer teams, partners, and internal groups. You will own the full training lifecycle from content design to live delivery, manage classrooms, and continually improve programs using CSAT, NPS, and other metrics.

Travel may be needed to serve learners across time zones. You will collaborate with Product and GTM teams to ensure accurate implementations of the Reltio

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum 5 years of instructor-led training in data management or SaaS products.
• Minimum 5 years designing and developing instructor-led courses with technical content.
• Experience with cloud-based APIs, API tools (Postman), and JSON.
• Proven project or program management ownership with stakeholders.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and classroom management skills.
• Self-sufficient, capable of leading training projects end-to-end.
• Experience with LMS and project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Jira, Confluence).

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led and blended training to customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Design, develop, and publish engaging course content across ILT and online formats.
• Manage classroom experience, timing, and pacing to meet published agendas.
• Proctor and review assessments, track CSAT and NPS metrics.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and GTM teams to ensure accurate delivery.
• Lead certification tracks and align training with certification programs.
• Maintain LMS course objects, prerequisites, and attendance data.
