Job summary

Reltio is seeking a Senior Technical Trainer to deliver high-quality instructor-led and blended learning experiences for customers, partners, and internal teams. You will own the full training lifecycle—from content design to live delivery—while collaborating with Product and Go-To-Market teams to ensure successful implementations of the Reltio platform.

Applicants should have 5+ years in training, strong facilitation skills, and experience with LMS tools and certification programs.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience conducting instructor-led training, live or virtual, in data management or SaaS/PaaS products.
Minimum 5 years designing and developing instructor-led courses with technical content.
Experience with cloud-based APIs and familiarity with JSON.
Strong facilitation and presentation skills for learners at varying levels of knowledge.
Experience with Learning Management Systems and project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.

Responsibilities

Deliver instructor-led and blended learning experiences to customers, partners, and internal teams.
Lead classroom and remote sessions with strong engagement and CSAT/NPS outcomes.
Manage classroom pacing, schedule, and overall event agenda.
Develop and publish engaging course content for ILT, online, and virtual modalities.
Collaborate with internal SMEs and GTM teams to ensure effective training delivery.
Support certification programs and LMS course management.
Build training data to drive KPI metrics and program improvements.
Utilize AI-enabled tools to refine content and learner engagement.
Oversee certification tracks and align with program vision.
Lead special projects and manage training-related initiatives.
