Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Global Full Stack Technical Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruiting for engineering roles across multiple time zones. The role emphasizes building scalable TA practices, partnering with the People team, and delivering diverse, high-quality candidates to drive product roadmap goals.

Based in the greater Toronto region with hybrid arrangements, the role requires experience in attracting elite engineering talent and managing ATS workflows, including

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing full-lifecycle recruitment across technical roles.
• Experience in hiring elite teams with a very high bar and in negotiating/closing deals.
• Strong presence in the local tech talent community and talent insights.
• Ability to build partnerships with hiring managers and influence decisions.

Responsibilities

• Drive global recruiting process for engineering and technical talent across multiple time zones.
• Own the full-cycle recruiting operation: job promotion, sourcing, outreach, interview operations, closing.
• Deliver innovative strategies to attract diverse talent across geos.
• Partner with the People team and hiring managers to improve Talent Acquisition foundations.
