Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technical recruitment or talent acquisition for senior roles.
• Proven ability to recruit for complex technical positions in software engineering, DevOps, and infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of modern software architectures, development frameworks, and hosting technologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to partner with senior engineering leaders.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and candidate engagement skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Advanced experience with ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruitment analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the full-cycle recruitment process for senior and high-impact technical roles including Frontend, Backend, Full Stack, and DevOps.
• Partner with CTO, engineering managers, and team leads to define hiring strategies, role scope, and workforce planning.
• Source, assess, and engage candidates with strong experience in programming languages and hosting platforms.
• Lead structured technical interviews and guide hiring managers on best practices for technical assessments.
• Build and maintain a high-quality senior talent pipeline through LinkedIn, direct sourcing, referrals, and networks.
• Analyze recruitment data and market trends to improve hiring efficiency and quality.
• Ensure a premium candidate experience aligned with Ultahost’s global employer brand.
• Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to recruitment process improvements.
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies and technical hiring trends.
