Qualifications

• Experience with ATS/CRM platforms and partnering with hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to closing.
• Source and engage qualified technical and engineering talent.
• Coordinate interviews and provide a positive candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and drive outcomes.
• Maintain candidate pipelines, requisitions, and recruitment activity using ATS/CRM.
• Track recruitment metrics and ensure compliance with hiring processes.
