Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. seeks a Senior Technical Support Trainer to design, deliver, and continuously improve technical training across Panda's technology ecosystem.

You will drive associate readiness, technology adoption, and operational excellence through AI-enabled content, knowledge-centered support, and data-driven strategies. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will develop scalable learning solutions, evaluate training impact, and leverage analytics to enhance performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IS or related field or equivalent experience is required.
• 5+ years of technical writing and training experience; experience with AI-enabled productivity tools or knowledge management preferred.
• Successful completion of initial and periodic trainings.
• Valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Partners with other functions on scalable learning solutions using blended learning methodologies (eLearning, VILT, simulations, videos, microlearning, AI-assisted learning).
• Designs, develops, maintains, and improves training materials (eLearning modules, ILT content, job aids, knowledge articles, assessments).
• Performs evaluations for all contact methods to ensure proper knowledge application and call quality.
• Handles support calls from customers to stay current and relevant.
• Identifies training needs with SMEs and stakeholders to align solutions with priorities and objectives.
• Evaluates and leverages AI-powered tools to improve learning design and training effectiveness.
• Facilitates onboarding, upskilling, and continuous learning programs and measures proficiency.
