Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Learning Technology Specialist to research, develop, and implement e-learning as a training methodology across topics for Operations and Support Center associates.

The role involves collaborating with vendors, testing LMS solutions, and ensuring content meets training needs while tracking learner progress and supporting readiness planning with L&D leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Certification and/or training in e-learning and specialized subject matter(s).
• Minimum five years of experience in HR and L&D; store-level experience preferred; experience with helpdesk support for users of a learning management system/website.

Responsibilities

• Researches, develops and helps implement e-learning for training on a variety of topics.
• Works with selected vendors of e-learning technology to adapt the technology to PRG's needs and defines the nature of the work required.
• Coordinates with PRG IS Department to test the technology and manages the e-learning system to track learner progress.
• Leads technology team to troubleshoot the Learning Management System and resolves tickets in ServiceNow.
