Qualifications

• Strong remote diagnostics and on-site dispatch coordination.
• Willingness to work first shift in Charlotte, NC.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customer equipment support via phone, email, and digital channels.
• Remotely diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and control systems.
• Prioritize repair requests and dispatch field technicians by urgency and geography.
• Mentor service technicians and escalate complex issues.
