Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a Field Service Manager in Charlotte, NC to lead and mentor the field service technician team. You will own service operations, drive key KPIs, and foster a high-accountability culture across the team.

Responsibilities include guiding technicians, managing dispatches and PMs, and serving as the escalation point for complex machinery diagnoses (mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, PLC/controls, CNC). Read schematics and drawings to support maintenance and repairs.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience coaching and developing field technicians.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, hydraulic diagrams and mechanical drawings.
• Experience managing dispatching, PMs, warranty service, and emergency calls.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor field service technicians in Charlotte, NC.
