Job summary

ClickHouse is seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer to join a global Support Engineering team. This role focuses on helping customers around the world, including India, APJ, and EMEA, via chat, calls, and video meetings.

You will own a wide range of tasks from triaging tickets to mentoring colleagues and contributing to post- and pre-sales activities. Ideal candidates bring breadth in ClickHouse open-source or Cloud, plus experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms while

Qualifications

• Experience with ClickHouse open-source or Cloud environments.
• Strong English communication, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work 24x7 in a global, distributed support setup.

Responsibilities

• Support users via cases, chat, Slack, community, and meetings.
• Develop solutions for ClickHouse Cloud/open-source for documentation and training.
• Collaborate with global teams to define required functionality.
• Mentor and share knowledge with colleagues, users, and customers.
• Provide first-line technical engineering support with on-call coverage and SLAs.
