Job summary

ClickHouse is seeking a Senior Technical Customer Support Engineer to join our global Support Engineering team. This role is remote and focuses on customers in North America and across the Americas, EMEA, and APJ.

You will triage tickets, craft solutions for ClickHouse Cloud and Open-Source deployments, collaborate with Engineering, GTM, and Product teams, and mentor colleagues while delivering high-quality 24x7 support.

Qualifications

• Experience with ClickHouse open-source or ClickHouse Cloud.
• Experience in roles such as Support Engineer, Consultant, Database Administrator, SRE, Solutions Engineer, Software Engineer, or Systems Engineer.
• Be present and available for 24x7 global support in a distributed environment.
• Strong remote communication skills and reliable connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Support users, customers, and prospects via cases, chat, Slack, community, and meetings.
• Develop solutions based on ClickHouse Cloud and Open-Source for sharing via docs, blogs, webinars, and training.
• Collaborate with Support Services, Engineering, GTM, and Product Management to define functionality.
• Mentor and share knowledge with colleagues, users, and customers.
• Deliver excellent customer service as a first-line technical engineer and SLA-driven support.
• Build trusted relationships with colleagues, customers, and partners.
