ClickHouse is growing its Support Engineering team and seeks a Senior Technical Customer Support Engineer, Federal, to serve U.S. public sector customers, including federal agencies and contractors. You will be the primary technical contact, triaging cases, guiding secure deployments, and collaborating with Product and Engineering to shape the roadmap for government environments.

• U.S. Person status verified during interview.
• Breadth of knowledge in ClickHouse open-source or Cloud, or related domains.
• Experience in roles such as Support Engineer, Consultant, DBA/SRE/SWE.
• Familiarity with FedRAMP, AWS GovCloud, and sovereign-cloud deployments.
• Strong communication and data-handling judgment.
• Teamwork mindset and ability to handle government-level rigor.
• Self-driven, curious, and eager to learn.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary technical support contact for U.S. federal and public-sector customers.
• Develop solutions using ClickHouse Cloud and open-source, and document for gov deployments.
• Guide deployments in government-approved environments including GovCloud.
• Collaborate with global teams to represent federal customer requirements.
• Support federal POCs, security questionnaires, and ATO evaluations.
