Job summary

Valsoft Corporation seeks an Experienced Technical Customer Support Engineer to triage, troubleshoot, and resolve enterprise-level issues across applications, databases, integrations, networking, and cloud infra.

You will own cases end-to-end, perform advanced SQL analysis, and support multi-cloud environments (Azure, AWS, and other clouds) while coordinating with Product and Engineering for reliability improvements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent).
• Advanced SQL skills (5+ years) incl. complex joins, windows, stored procedures.
• Strong experience with .NET/Windows server apps and web APIs.
• Proficiency in network troubleshooting: TCP/IP, DNS, TLS/SSL, VPNs, firewalls.

Responsibilities

• Own customer cases from intake to resolution with SLA adherence.
• Troubleshoot app, API, and network issues across web/mobile services; reproduce and resolve defects or escalate.
