  • Support and maintain the Bio‑Rad instruments on which our customers rely to make scientific breakthroughs.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships that allow you to anticipate and advocate for our customers’ needs.
  • Adhere to FDA and GMP regulations and requirements, with detailed record‑keeping and service documentation to protect Bio‑Rad’s integrity and reputation in the industry.
What You Bring

  • At least 1–3 years of transferable field service experience servicing electro‑mechanical/electronic/optical/robotics equipment and an A.S. or B.S. in Electronics, Biomedical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering (or a related field or military equivalent experience).
  • Ability to read, understand and successfully follow medium to highly complex work instructions.
  • Strong electro‑mechanical troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong computer skills and fundamental knowledge of computer networking.
  • Strong customer relationship and communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Flexibility and enthusiasm for daily travel.
