Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline with 10+ years of technical support experience.
- Minimum 5 years field experience in a relevant industry with customer-facing bias.
- Formal qualification in mechanical, electromechanical or electronics discipline.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-level field service support including installation, commissioning and troubleshooting.
- Train customers and internal staff on Edwards products.
- Assist Edwards service and customer technicians with troubleshooting.
- Review installation and commissioning documents for all products.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and identify sales opportunities.
- Support on-site and remote troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Ensure safety, quality and customer satisfaction.
