Job summary

International is seeking a Senior Technical Support Analyst to provide expert diagnostic and repair assistance to dealers, body builders, and approved customers across Powertrain, Chassis / Electrical / Zero Emissions, and Vehicle Programming. The role supports technical issues via case files, calls, and remote sessions while documenting findings and escalating when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least 1 year of field service experience or Master’s degree with no experience.
• Alternatively, at least 3 years of field service engineering experience may meet minimums.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic and repair support for technical vehicle and service issues.
• Respond to requests via case files, phone, email, chat, or remote sessions.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, electronic, software, or programming concerns.
• Document interactions and findings in the case management system.
• Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 or engineering as needed.
• Identify emerging product trends and report gaps for improvements.
• Coordinate with publications, training, and service tools teams.
• Support initiatives to reduce case volume and improve dealer experience.
• Travel onsite for training or support when required.
