• 5+ years repairing or providing technical assistance on company products.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support via phone, email, and in person.

• Assist sales and marketing with technical guidance.
• Perform field support, repairs, training, and quality investigations as required.
