Job summary

DN Solutions America is seeking a Senior Service Engineer for the Chicago Technical Center in Schaumburg, IL. You will own the operation, maintenance, and technical excellence of our CNC machine tools and automation systems, ensuring showroom readiness for customer demonstrations, engineering validation, training, and events.

Collaborating with Product Support, Applications Engineering, and Sales, you will lead preventive maintenance, installation, calibration, and advanced troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of CNC machine tool service experience.
• Experience installing, commissioning, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining CNC machines.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, spindle, and servo systems.
• Experience with Fanuc or Siemens CNC controls.
• Ability to interpret schematics and perform root-cause analysis.
• Valid driver's license and passport; travel up to 15%.

Responsibilities

• Own technical performance and readiness of all CNC machine tools and automation systems at the Chicago Technical Center.
• Develop preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime.
• Support demonstrations, validation, training, and executive events.
• Install, calibrate, relocate, and service CNC machines and automation systems.
• Lead continuous improvement and reliability initiatives.
