Job Description:

A Senior Technical Success Manager will provide our users with analysis, advice, and, when required, partner with other specialized teams to quickly develop and execute a plan to help resolve their technical or process issues.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Own the technical health of an account by acting as the primary point of contact
  • Develop, coordinate (across multiple teams as required), and implement a resolution plan
  • Coordinate with other team members to aggregate issues across accounts and present to product teams for evaluation
  • Provide Success Managers with findings that could affect user-specific Success Plans
  • Track and identify trends with support cases to provide product teams with strategic areas of focus
  • Communicate and present status updates to internal and external executive leadership
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in consulting, product support, or development within an infrastructure or engineering design environment
  • Exposure to BIM policies, procedures, and processes
  • Awareness of Bentley products and their relationship with Bentley product lines and brands
  • Experience with ProjectWise, OpenRoads, MicroStation, or SYNCHRO is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills, including critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and complex project initiatives
  • Fluent in English with clear communication skills, both spoken and written
  • This position is remote or hybrid (if you live near a Bentley office), with limited travel
