• 3-5 years of experience in a business or professional setting.
• Experience in an executive support role or similar position is required.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Review and finalize plans with the OSC team and maintain day-to-day involvement.
• Lead execution risk assessment and develop Plan B strategies.
• Manage RFI and submittal processes using Procore with timely responses.
• Coordinate change orders and ensure alignment with construction schedules.
• Support AHJ precon and inspection activities and ensure proper phasing.
