JPI in Dallas, TX is seeking a Technical Senior Specialist for the Operations Support Center to proactively assess project risks and coordinate with OSC teams. The role reports to the Technical Lead and covers submittals, RFIs, AHJ readiness, and plan integrity.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree, 3-5 years of executive-support experience, and strong organizational and communication skills. On-site collaboration is expected five days a week in Dallas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 3-5 years’ experience in a business or professional setting.
• Proven experience in an executive support role or similar position.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in using MS Office and project management tools.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsabilités

• Review and finalize plans and maintain active day-to-day involvement with OSC team.
• Lead execution risk assessment and develop Plan B’s.
• Complete submittal and shop drawing approvals.
• Manage RFI process.
• AHJ precon and ensure inspections.
• Support CO review process.
• Review and finalize plans in coordination with OSC.
