Job summary

JPI Employment Services, LLC in San Diego, CA, seeks a Technical Senior Specialist for the Operations Support Center. You will proactively assess future risks of each project and communicate those findings to the OSC team, reporting to the Technical Lead.

You will review plans, manage RFIs and submittals, track issues, and coordinate with site construction managers to keep plans on schedule. Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 3–5 years of experience in a business or professional setting.
• Proven experience in executive support or similar role.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Review and finalize plans and maintain active day-to-day involvement with OSC team.
• Track and resolve construction issues from field tickets in a timely manner.
• Lead execution risk assessment and develop Plan B solutions.
• Manage RFI process and ensure timely responses from consultants.
• Coordinate with Site Construction Manager to verify change orders and AHJ requirements.
