Job summary

JPI Employment Services, LLC is seeking a Technical Project Specialist to assist the Operations team by proactively assessing future risks and communicating them to the OSC Team. Reporting to the Technical Lead, you will ensure plan adherence, de-risk projects, and coordinate with site managers for timely issue resolution.

Responsibilities include reviewing plans, managing RFIs, and tracking submittals using Procore, with emphasis on on-site collaboration, trade integration, and AHJ alignment.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction project management and coordination.
• Knowledge of RFI/ASI processes and trade coordination.
• Familiarity with AHJ approvals and site safety.

Responsibilities

• Review and finalize plans with the OSC team and site managers.
• Track and resolve construction issues from field tickets promptly.
• Lead execution risk assessment and develop Plan B strategies.
• Ensure 30 days of runway with no RFI delays and de-risking.
• Manage RFI workflow and communicate impacts to stakeholders.
