Job summary

JPI seeks a Technical Project Specialist to assist Operations by proactively assessing future risks and communicating with the OSC Team. You will report to the Technical Lead and ensure plan adherence with site construction managers.

Responsibilities include managing RFI/ASI resolutions, submittals, and AHJ coordination, while coordinating change orders and ensuring timely project turnover readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3-5 years' experience in a business or professional setting.
• Proven experience in an executive support role or similar position.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in using business software and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Review and finalize plans and maintain active day-to-day involvement with the OSC team.
• Trach (Tracking) and ensure trade-specific PreCon onsite meeting agendas to Site Construction Managers.
• Track and resolve construction issues from field tickets in a timely and complete manner.
• Lead execution risk assessment and develop Plan B's for contingencies.
• Ensure the de-risking process is complete with RFIs/ASIs resolved promptly.
• Monitor dashboard daily for trends and reallocate OSC resources as needed.
