Job summary

CoreWeave is building the core AI infrastructure and seeks a Technical Program Manager to lead programs across Data Center Operations and related functions. You will manage integrated plans, dependencies, and readiness from discovery through rollout, coordinating with procurement, IT, and finance teams to ensure reliable delivery.

You will drive DCIM deployments, telemetry improvements, asset migrations, and multi-team coordination, ensuring data readiness and consistent execution across sites.

Qualifications

• Delivery experience with complex systems implementations and cross-functional handoffs.
• Ability to connect operational needs with enterprise systems and technical delivery.
• Strong planning, risk tracking, and decision-making to closure.
• Experience with data center operations and related procurement & IT processes.

Responsibilities

• Own integrated delivery plans for programs spanning Data Center Ops, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT.
• Connect site expansion and operational tech with procurement, inventory, and financial systems.
• Drive DCIM deployment, asset data readiness, testing, and handoffs to improve onboarding.
• Coordinate telemetry coverage, data quality, and remediation across teams.
• Lead asset-system migrations and legacy-tool retirement with clear exit criteria.
• Maintain traceability from requirements through launch and post-go-live support.
• Run planning cadences, keep owners accountable, and manage risks and dependencies.
