Job summary

FocusKPI is seeking a Sr.Technical Sourcer to support a client in the robotics software and computer vision domain. You will work with engineering teams to build a robust candidate pipeline across AI/ML/CV roles, sourcing and screening candidates, and advising recruiters and hiring managers through the process.

The position is Mountain View, CA, onsite, 5 days a week, on a 3‑month contract with potential extension based on performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sourcing experience in advanced technology organizations.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent.
• Experience sourcing via social networks (LinkedIn, Slack, GitHub).
• Robotics/AI/Computer Vision tech recruitment experience preferred.
• Strong emailing and candidate outreach skills.
• Ability to work with recruiters and hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Develop proactive sourcing strategies using multi-channel techniques.
• Build a strong candidate network with market presence and research skills.
• Source and qualify target candidates; align with hiring teams on requirements.
• Promote employer brand using various advertising methods to attract talent.
• Measure conversion rates from passive candidates to applicants and hires.
• Demonstrate diversity awareness in sourcing strategies.
• Maintain market intelligence and align with hiring managers on roles.
