Job summary

FocusKPI, Inc. in Mountain View, CA is seeking a Technical Recruiter to support a high-tech SaaS client within the Human Resources department. This onsite role requires 4-5 days per week, with a 6-month contract.

You will develop sourcing strategies, conduct interviews, present qualified candidates, and negotiate offers while ensuring a positive candidate experience. Robotics recruiting experience is preferred; a Bachelor’s degree is commonly expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience.
• 2+ years of Robotics recruitment preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Demonstrable track record recruiting for diverse roles.
• Knowledgeable of employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Develop an impactful sourcing strategy across multi-channel searches.
• Telephone interview and evaluate candidates using consistent templates.
• Present pre-screened candidates to management with a standard process.
• Demonstrate diversity awareness in sourcing techniques.
• Research competitive landscape to anticipate obstacles.
• Collaborate with HM, HRBP, and partners to build competitive offers.
• Foster positive relationships with candidates throughout the process.
• Communicate effectively with hiring managers and candidates.
• Proactively drive process improvements in recruiting services.
• Maintain market intelligence and align with position requirements.
• Assist in offer negotiation and salary reference discussions.
• Influence partners to adopt best recruitment solutions.
• Develop action plans for aging requisitions with management.
• Work with Sourcers and Coordinators to establish recruitment processes.
