Job summary

FocusKPI is seeking a Technical Recruiter for an on-site role in Mountain View, CA. This 6-month contract position focuses on recruiting in a fast-paced, high-tech SaaS environment, with emphasis on robotics roles and end-to-end recruitment processes.

The role requires designing multi-channel sourcing strategies, conducting structured interviews, presenting top candidates, and negotiating offers in collaboration with HR partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience
• 2+ years of Robotics recruitment preferred
• In-depth recruiting and sourcing experience in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• Knowledge of marketing/sourcing techniques: lead generation, internet, cold calling, college alumni, interactive strategies
• Knowledgeable of employment laws
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Organized, focused, and driven to excel
• Experience supporting Robotics roles
• Experience managing offer negotiations

Responsibilities

• Work with Sourcers and Coordinators to establish effective recruitment processes

FocusKPI is seeking aTechnical Recruiterto join one of our clients, a high-tech SaaS company. This position is for the Human Resoureces department within the client's company.

Work Location:

Mountain View, CA (Onsite role, 4-5 days/week (Mon to Thu))

Duration:

6-monthcontract

Pay Range:

$80 - 93/hr

Responsibilities:

• Develop an impactful sourcing strategy that incorporates multi-channel searches and techniques. Collaborate with recruiting team members in proactive sourcing strategies that are successful
• Telephone interview and evaluate candidates utilizing consistent templates and processes, using behavior-based interview and assessment techniques
• Present pre-screened candidates to management utilizing a consistent process
• Demonstrate diversity awareness and utilize sourcing techniques that reach diverse populations
• Research and build knowledge of the competitive landscape in order to anticipate and overcome potential obstacles
• Collaborate with HM, HRBP, and other key partners to build competitive offers, utilizing tools, benefits, and compensation. Utilize functional knowledge and knowledge of applicant motivations to better position the organization when negotiating competitive offers with applicants
• Establish positive relationships with candidates to foster the best candidate experience through the interview process
• Communicate effectively with hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Proactively drive process improvements and tool enhancements of Recruiting services and operations
• Maintain market/business intelligence regarding function and business unit alignment, work with hiring managers to build an overall understanding of position requirements, department goals, and organization business plan
• Assist Hiring Manager in evaluating candidates, offer negotiation, and overall process troubleshooting, including review and consultation of internal salary reference points, market compensation tables, and market intelligence in order to recommend offer package components
• Influence partners to contribute to the best solutions while using recruitment knowledge
• Develop action plans for aging requisitions while working closely with management on progress or any vital changes in strategy
• Work closely with supporting team members, Sourcers and Coordinators, to establish successful recruitment processes

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience, 2+ years of Robotics recruitment preferred
• In-depth recruiting and sourcing experience in a fast-paced, vibrant environment
• Education:Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• Demonstrable track record to recruit for a broad/deep range of positions
• Deep understanding of marketing/sourcing techniques to include: lead generation, internet, cold calling, college alumni, interactive strategies
• Knowledgeable of various employment laws
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be organized, focused, and work with a drive to excel
• Ability to work optimally in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
• Current/recent experience supporting Robotics roles
• Current experience managing offer negotiations
